• (5) year refurbishment programme encompassing public areas / staff accommodation / banquet kitchens and bedrooms.

• (4) year refurbishment programme encompassing ground floor public areas, 400 bedroom and deluxe suites. 

• Refurbishment of existing Spa facility to form 'Chuan' Spa.

K West Hotel London

• Refurbishment of existing Spa to form new Thermal Spa.

• Fitting out works to newly acquired stores in Bournemouth, Ilkley, Farnham, Beverley and Bishops Stortford, Morpeth, Guernsey, Cheltenham, Carlisle and Truro,

Arcadia

• UK Wide programme of refurbishment and new build store fit outs across all brands.

Offices - Central London

• Restack of 30,000 ft² of occupied office space to create new working groups. Formation / disassembly of cellular offices including alteration to services.

Dunblane, Scotland

• Development of brownfield site to create 8 low energy homes.

Commercial

Southall, Middlesex

• Extension to existing commercial bakery to form new coldstore and food preparation production line.

Heritage

Maidstone, Kent

• Refurbishment and Extension of the Grade 2 listed Maidstone Museum and Bentlif Art Gallery to create additional galleries, enhanced storage facilities and provision of an interactive learning room. A jointly funded project between Maidstone Borough Council and The Heritage Lottery fund.

Tonbridge, Kent

• Landscaping works to newly extended office campuscomprising new access roads / grassed fire roads and car parking formation of pond, installation of rainwater harvesting system, creation of prairie area and all new imported shrubs and trees.
